Our Story

But as all great love stories go, fate needed a co-author. With a little help from their dear friend Ruby, Briana and Aaron were properly introduced — and destiny officially clocked in.

Their story first crossed paths at a party in March 2022. The music was loud, the vibes were right…but the timing? Not quite. They exchanged brief hellos, polite smiles, and went their separate ways before either of them realized this was only the beginning.

And then… nothing.

For an entire year.

Because sometimes a hero needs time to gather his courage.

Exactly one year later, Aaron reached back out — proving that what’s meant to be will always circle back. This time, he wasn’t letting the moment pass. He planned their first official date at Checker Bar. There were laughs, meaningful glances, and rich conversation.

Time passed, feelings deepened, and in September 2023, Aaron made it official and asked Briana to be his girlfriend. She said yes — taking the next step toward forever.

As time went on, they discovered that love isn’t just found in grand gestures — but in the simple, sacred rhythms of everyday life. Whether they’re watching movies on the couch, getting competitive over a game of Uno, or taking peaceful walks through the neighborhood, Briana and Aaron learned that their favorite place to be is together.

They also began collecting memories across city lines and ocean views — traveling to Mexico, New Orleans, Chicago, and the Bahamas — proving that no matter the destination, the real adventure was always each other.

As their love continued to grow stronger, so did their commitment. In November 2025, they decided to move in together — blending not just spaces, but lives, routines, dreams, and futures.

And with that new chapter came a season of learning — learning how to share space, how to compromise, how to communicate more deeply, and how to truly partner. It wasn’t about perfection; it was about choosing each other daily. In that season, their love matured — from romance to teamwork, from butterflies to foundation.

And then, on Christmas Day 2025 — Briana’s favorite holiday and a day already filled with wonder — Aaron got down on one knee and asked Briana to spend forever with him.

She said yes.

And just like that, the next chapter began.
