The Ceremony

Our wedding day will begin with a sacred and heartfelt ceremony inside the beautiful Sacred Heart Chapel on the campus of Marygrove Conservancy, located within the historic Liberal Arts Building. Surrounded by timeless architecture and quiet elegance, this space sets the perfect tone for a morning rooted in faith, intention, and love.
As the day begins, we invite you to settle into the stillness of the chapel and prepare your hearts for a meaningful exchange of vows. The morning will feel reverent yet joyful — a moment to pause, reflect, and witness the beginning of our forever.
Guests are kindly asked to arrive and be seated no later than 1:15 p.m. to ensure the ceremony begins promptly and without interruption. Chapel doors will open at 12:45 p.m.
The Celebration

Immediately following the ceremony, guests will transition into the Denk Chapman Hall for a lively strolling brunch reception designed for connection, celebration, and movement.
Rather than a traditional seated meal, the afternoon will feature a curated selection of heavy hors d’oeuvres and thoughtfully crafted brunch bites — plenty to satisfy while keeping the energy light and social. A mix of refreshing afternoon beverages will be available to sip and enjoy as the celebration unfolds.
This format is intentionally designed to encourage mingling, mixing, and making your way to the dance floor. Expect a vibrant atmosphere where conversations flow easily, music fills the room, and no one stays seated for long.
The Night Cap
When the formal festivities conclude, the celebration will continue with The Night Cap at Pocket Change Cocktail Bar — an intimate, mood-filled cocktail bar and the perfect setting for one final gathering.
Guests are encouraged to take a brief break following the reception and return for a relaxed evening of cocktails and continued celebration. With dim lighting, crafted drinks, and a cozy atmosphere, the night is designed to feel effortless and unhurried — a chance to reconnect, unwind, and savor one of the last summer nights together.
